We smoke over applewood our bacon, salmon and tomatoes. Our chefs prepare fresh Ricotta, Labneh, Harissa, dressings, sauces, and jus and our in-house butchery guarantees the finest cuts. We believe all that extra effort is worth it and evident on your plate.
